Are you looking for a family doctor or a HMO centre? All you need to do is click on “Search for centre” below and select your model casamed family doctor or casamed hmo. You can then inform us of your choice directly.

Please note: for some HMO centres, the names of the centres are listed (e.g. Centramed) instead of the names of individual doctors.
